We are preparing arrangements for a future network of healthcare providers in Nigeria. An active LifeCome HMO provider directory is not yet available.
Provider participation will require appropriate assessment, licences and registrations, a written agreement and confirmation of service readiness. A facility will be listed only for the services and plans for which it is eligible.
The directory is intended to show facility names, locations, contact details, available services and relevant plan access. Directory information will need to be checked alongside the member’s active plan and any authorisation requirements.
No hospital, clinic or other facility is confirmed as accessible under LifeCome HMO cover by this page. Please do not delay treatment while waiting for our launch or assume that treatment costs will be covered.
