Membership identification arrangements will be explained when enrolment opens and the relevant service is ready. Any future identification will need to be used together with an active membership and the applicable plan rules.

An enquiry acknowledgement or expression-of-interest reference is not a membership card and does not confirm healthcare entitlement.

Please do not pay anyone to activate a LifeCome HMO membership card during this pre-launch stage.
