SME Care is intended for smaller and growing businesses. Corporate Care is intended for larger employers or organisations with staff across several locations.
Provide your organisation’s name, approximate employee numbers, principal locations, interest in dependant cover and any general administrative needs. Do not send employee lists or health information at this stage.
Before any future service begins, the employer will need to review plan terms, provider availability, costs, service responsibilities and the agreed commencement date. Staff communication and privacy arrangements will form part of implementation.
